Terms of Service

Godot Build Cloud is in private beta. This page is the lightweight agreement that covers your use of the waitlist landing site only. When the product launches we’ll publish a fuller agreement and ask you to accept it before using the actual service.

Use of the site

By signing up, you give us permission to email you about the product, the launch and brief feedback questions. You can unsubscribe at any time and we’ll honor it.

No service yet

Right now we’re only collecting interest. There is no production service to use, no SLA, and no warranties of any kind. Anything we say about pricing or feature scope is indicative and may change before launch.

Acceptable behavior

Don’t use the signup form to inject third-party content, automate fake signups or otherwise abuse the site. We reserve the right to remove signups that look like spam.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. The site is provided “as is” during the validation phase.

Changes

If we materially change these terms before launch, we’ll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
